I took your photo Eldon at 1126 x 844 and fit it into the 920 x 150 header dimension in the only way I can and use at least one full length of the former. As you can see, in this your get your full original reduced in size so that 844 ‘tall’ pixel side of the original fits into 150 pixel height of the header format.
Housekeeping note – I have temporarily deactivated all the other headers so E. can see my handiwork without having to reload the page. I didn’t check the underlying CSS to find out if it would work in the other direction, given dependencies–where your photo at 920 x 689 could constitute a header. That would make the header 4+ times as tall as the current one.
